Onion/pepper & sausage bake

 



The sweet taste of pepper and the mild spice of onion perfectly complement the flavors of our Johnsonville Italian 


°1 sache (500 g / 17. 64 oz) Johnsonville®️ Italian sausage (or sausage, casings removed)
°1 green pepper, thinly sliced
°1 red bell pepper
°1 medium onion, thinly sliced
°1 clove finely minced garlic
°16 ml olive oil
°1 can (13 oz / 398 ml) diced Italian seasoning tomatoes
°1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground red pepper

* Preparation :

Cut each sausage into 4 or 5 pieces.
In a large skillet, fry sausage, peppers, onions, and garlic in oil for 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
Adding tomato and pepper. Cooking, stirring, for 5 min .
