DEVILED EGGS



*INGREDIENTS

°6 eggs
°60 ml (1/4 cup) mayonnaise
°10 ml (2 tsp.) chopped fresh chives
°Paprika, to taste
°Thinly sliced radishes or radishes, for serving
°Salt

°PREPARATION

In a small saucepan, place the eggs and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. When the water begins to boil, cover the pot and remove it from the heat. Leave to rest off the heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the eggs from the hot water and plunge them into very cold water to stop the cooking. Peel the eggs. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. To book.
In a bowl, with a fork, purée the egg yolks with the mayonnaise. Salt. Add the chives and mix gently.
Using two small spoons, stuff each egg half with the filling and place on a serving platter. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with microgreens or radishes.
